I discovered that I received cash today for TouchTunes Music Corp. (TTMX). You might recall from the Special Situations Real Money Portfolio 2005 Performance report that I bought 1,999 share of TouchTunes Music Corp. on December 7, 2005 for $0.42 a share.
As expected, I received $0.50 per share for the 1,999 shares in my son’s Coverdell Education Savings Account. Of the $999.50 in cash, $152.97 was pure profit. That is an 18 percent gain on my original investment of $846.53. That’s 106 percent annualized rate of return.
