Charlotte Russe (CHIC) to buy 4 mm shares at $18. Proration factor estimated to be about 43.6%.

Final results: The Company accepted 4,080,000 shares in the tender offer, at a price of $18.00 per share. The final proration factor for the offer will be 45.0 percent. - 04/09/2008
