Buffett Makes His Move

Warren Buffett deployed a significant portion of his cash hoard today. Buffett has agreed to purchase the electric utility PacifiCorp through the Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, MidAmerican Energy Holdings. This will be a $5.1 billion cash transaction.
