FFD Financial Definitive Proxy

As I was updating my current going private transactions list this weekend, I noticed that FFD Financial (FFDF) released a definitive proxy regarding their plans to go private. I purchased FFD Financial in my taxable account on May 25, 2005, so I was happy to see this announcement.

The definitive proxy states that the vote will be held on September 20, 2005 for the reverse/forward split. If all goes well, I should receive $19.00 a share for the 300 shares that I purchased back in May.
