I was over at the SEC website and found the following link:  www.sec.gov/answers/gopriv.htm
It explains the process for the unfamiliar.  It seems that come July, 2006, this option to &quot;go private&quot; will not be allowed.  Bummer!  I thought it could go on forever.</description>
