FragranceNet.com Sets Date for Vote

FragranceNet.com just filed a definitive proxy statement and set August 1, 2005 as the date for their meeting to vote on their going private transaction. The terms of the going private deal don’t appear to have changed. I look forward to this transaction being complete in the next few months if the vote goes well.
