Revised Preliminary Proxy for FragranceNet.com
FragranceNet.com posted a new SEC filing today. You can find a link to it at my current going private transactions list.
FragranceNet.com apparently revised their preliminary proxy statement. I haven’t found any important changes yet. I need to find a good way to compare these filings to find out what was revised. I’d love to hear your suggestions to accomplish this.
