		<description>Good call!  I too am a long term MHP holder (5 years, if you call that long term).  I would add to my position too if not for the new business I just started last year.  MHP is part of my core holding that I haven't liquidate to fund my new venture.  The short term hurt from S&#38;P is way overblown.  It is truly a bargain at this point.</description>
