		<description>Right - I have done it few times - in previous apartment, they had given me an option of 19.95 for 3 months or 24.95 for 12 months! Now, after the promotion period, when I called to cancel (for the same reason :)-) they gave me 29.95 for 6 months. I would have preferred DSL (which I see promotions  at even lower price, but SBC refuses to give me that as I do not have landline).</description>
