		<description>Josh - Innovative products are good but you have to be able to protect them from being copied.  That&#039;s were the role of copyrights, patents, and trade secrets come into play. Google&#039;s approach has been to innovate but I think they are already working on building up a brand franchise. The protective moats that copyrights and patents don&#039;t last forever, so it is important to build up other moats.</description>
