Hi Andrew and John -

I enjoy the Financial Times for their international coverage, their industry specials, and some of their economic theory articles. The international markets are becoming more and more important for value investors as options in the U.S. are scarce.

However, I find Barron's to the most indispensable paper. I agree with you John that when I have to limit my reading I too pick Barron's first.

I have added a link to all three publications under the newsstand section of the left sidebar. Consider using those links if you are renewing a subscription and would like to support Fat Pitch Financials.

I subscribe to the FT.com, along with WSJ.com and Barron's Online. It's great, especially for coverage of non-US markets and business. I live in America, so I'd pick Barron's and WSJ over it if I had to limit my reading. You just have to realize that all financial publications found on newsstands will give more coverage to the larger companies -- they're not going to turn you on to small cap bargains, for the most part.

Very interesting, I suspect the FT is a lot more popular outside the US? I occasionally read the WSJ, but thats it. Of the few times I have read the FT I never found the articles very interesting.
