[...] The Special Situations Real Money Portfolio has been on fire since I last made an update on April 27, 2006. My compound annual growth rate has rocketed from 23.5 percent to 33.6 percent APY now. If I am able to sustain this rate of return, the performance of this portfolio would be up there with Warren Buffett’s performance. However, I know full well that as the funds in this portfolio increase, it will be harder and harder for me to maintain this performance level. [...]

[...] As Jim pointed out, you can view my public real money portfolio and review my past investment record with special situation stock opportunities. Better yet, you should consider supporting Fat Pitch Financials and gain access to all the special situation opportunities that Fat Pitch Financials Contributor’s Corner has to offer, including the Going Private Transactions List, odd-lot tender offers, mergers, and spinoff opportunities.
That's a good question Mike. It was a going private transaction that failed long ago. I've been looking for an exit strategy but I've only dug myself a bigger hole. I was hoping that when the fed stopped raising rates that this little bank would recover some value. In the mean time, I'm collecting the dividend check.

Heck, if it wasn't for Central Federal Corp, my APY would be probably over 30 percent and no one would believe that. ;-)
