Stockholders Approved the Going Private Transaction

Tuesday, June 7th, 2005 | Special Situations Real Money Portfolio, Tender Offers with

Capitol First Corporation (CFRC) announced today that shareholders have approved the reverse stock split with the associated going private transaction. The reverse stock split will take effect tonight. I hope to see cash in my account shortly.
