		<description>With regards to your question about the difference between Warren and Berkshire owning/buying shares of WFC... I think the answer lies in the fact that BRK already owns 9% and if they increase their stake over a certain percentage there is regulatory stuff that comes into play because its a bank. I do not the details but that might explain why he purchased shares personally but BRK did not.</description>
