Financial Carnivals - October 17th

Tuesday, October 18th, 2005 | Stock Research with

MyMoneyBlog is hosting this week’s Carnival of Personal Finance. My call for articles for November’s 30 Day to Becoming a Better Investor was included in this week’s Carnival. I also recommend reading Old Nui’s article, “Small Investor’s Advantage“, which I discussed here earlier. The Dividend Guy Blog provides some great advice on not over monitoring your portfolio. I commented on The Real Returns post about Income from Stocks. (I wish the S&P 500 could yield me 7%, but it just isn’t so.)

This weeks Carnival of the Capitalists is being hosted by Accidental Verbosity. Abnormal Returns introduces the concept of investing in art. I’m not sure I would invest in a nonproducing asset like art, but it is still interesting to read about.
