George,

CEG news was pretty decent. I am tempted to cash out as I doubt US will let a foreign company own nuclear power plants in the US. On the other hand I am greedy and would like to sell my CEG for more than $30..

It looks like no one believes EdF. There was not much of a price pop with CEG this morning. I'm a bit surprised. I thought the market would have bid CEG up to the mid-30s.

Right now the option value of seeing a value of near $52, even if the probability is low, makes it worth holding on to CEG. It seems like Mr. Market thinks there is less than a 10% chance the EdF $52 offer will happen.
