Going Private Transactions List Update

I finally completed my update to the current going private transactions list. It now includes closing prices, potential gains, and the phase that the transactions are currently in. I now have the ability to create lists sorted by different variables. I would love your feedback on the best way to display this information.

The current link to the going private transaction list is only a preview of the content that will be available to contributors to Fat Pitch Financials. In the coming week, I will be moving the popular current going private transactions list to Fat Pitch Financial’s Contributors’ Corner. (I will replace the old going private transactions page with an archive of completed and canceled going private transactions.) You can gain access to this new part of the Fat Pitch Financials site by contributing money via PayPal to help maintain Fat Pitch Financials. Just click on the PayPal “Make a Donation” button on the upper right hand side of this page. Early contributors can gain a year of access for a $50 contribution or a month of access for a small $5 contribution.

In addition to the going private transactions list, I will also posting individual daily updates about new or amended going private deals. You will be able to post comments and discuss each transaction with other contributors. I plan on adding additional information on other arbitrage and special situation opportunities in the Contributors’ Corner. In addition, I will post early drafts of my research on companies that I’m considering for my long-term portfolio of wide moat companies. Furthermore, I will also be encouraging contributors to help improve Fat Pitch Financials by offering extensions to their access when they do things such a recommend corrections to errors that they spot on this site or when they submit articles detailing their stock research.

Which of these do you have a position in?

And I really like the economic moat section of your website

Thank you for visiting Fat Pitch Financials

You can review my current positions by looking at my real money model portfolio. Just about all of my positions in going private transaction are in that account.

I’m glad you like the economic moat section of my website. I feel that it still needs a lot of work, and I plan on adding much more material to that section in the future.
