@oklavalue I agree that it is not likely that the payout goes above $4. I agree with you that the range of the payout is likely between $2 and $4. To maintain a margin of safety, I too would require a price below $2.

no way the payout gets to $4.00. i figure in more value destruction since May and wind down costs. i will not buy it iver $2.
